Adopted: Naia, a 2 year old Female Chocolate Labrador, who is looking for her forever home.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING A MEET REQUEST. While Naia is sweet and does well with other dogs, she has had an altercation with her prior companion dog after living with them for a year, and LVLR feels it's best for her long term home to be the only dog. Please do not submit a meet request if you currently have other dogs.

"Naia is an energetic, loving dog. She loves to be with you, very friendly and affectionate. She loves to go on car rides, does great meeting new people and places. Naia does need work on jumping up, she gets excitable and doesn't quite know 'off' yet. She walks pretty well on leash, follows heal, sit commands. She sleeps through the night, is house trained, and gets along with my dogs. Naia will do best with an active family committed to continuing her training.

Adopted: Scooby, a 9 month old Black Male Labrador, has found his forever home.

Here is a Bio from his foster family……..

"Scooby is a sweet, very energetic puppy. He loves being with people and other dogs as well. He does well with our dogs. We do not have cats or other small animals, so I’m not sure how he would do. He loves meeting people and has to say hello when they walk by. We are working with him on most basics. We are working with him on walking in a leash, his crate and commands. He does know sit and stay. He will let you know when he has to go outside. He hasn’t had any accidents in our house while we have had him. He loves to play fetch and just run around the yard. Scooby will do good in any home he goes to. If you have small children, just know he loves to give hugs and kisses! "

Adopted: Max, a 4 year old Chocolate Male Labrador, found his forever home.

Here is a Bio from his foster family……..

"Max is a mellow, well mannered, sweet and loveable four-year old chocolate lab. He is very friendly and seems to love everyone he meets. He loves to play, fetch, run and seeks out toys and stuffed animals.  He is calm and attentive, doing his best to do exactly what you ask of him. He likes to be involved in whatever is happening and seems comfortable and relaxed in all situations. He is ready to do anything but can also be happy just lying on the floor by your feet. 

Max knows all of his basic commands, “sit, stay, down, off, wait…”. And he knows “shake, high-five, give paw, watch me and freeze”. He walks very well on the leash, without pulling or straying. He will walk next to you and will return to “heal” with the command. His recall is excellent, with him understanding the “come” command when used with his name. He is potty trained and has had no accidents during his time with us. He learned to use the doggy door in about ten minutes and is pleased to be self-sufficient. 

Max does very well with other dogs, even patiently providing guidance to younger or less experienced dogs. We are not sure about how he will react to cats or other small animals as we have none. He is also an excellent watch dog, barking to alert you to any strange sounds outside. He is crate trained and seems happy spending some quiet periods there when necessary. 

Max has been a genuine pleasure to have in our home. He is already an excellent dog and does not require training. He is not overly active and definitely likes time to relax. He will do well in any home, including those with children and other dogs. He is looking for someone to take care of him as a companion or as a family dog."

Adopted: Gunner, a 5 year old Male Silver Labrador, has found his forever home. We will update this page when he is officially adopted or becomes available again for meeting.

"Gunner is a relaxed, confident, friendly, and well mannered, handsome five-year-old Silver Labrador. He enjoys daily walks and is learning to walk on a leash. He also enjoys hanging out with his foster family, gets along well with other dogs, and enjoys playing. He is curious about cats and quickly loses interest in them. Gunner thinks he is a lap dog, loves to snuggle, and have his belly rubbed. He is house-trained but not fond of a kennel. Gunner has a vigorous appetite and eats well out of his puzzle bowl. Gunner is a precious angel with a heart full of love.

Adopted: Joey, a 5 month old Black Male Labradoodle*, found his forever home.

Here is a Bio from his foster family……..

"Joey is very calm for a puppy. He loves to snuggle, sleeps in and out of his crate through the night. Joey does well with other dogs, both small and large. While's still a puppy, he hasn't been as typically chewy as puppies of his age. He is smart, quick to learn, and will do great with a family committed to continuing his growth and expectations."

*Joey was surrendered to a shelter by a breeder. We did not DNA test the pups for verification that they're Labradoodles, we are going by their statement, and evaluations from the shelter and our vet.

Pending: Ross, a 5 month old Black Male Labradoodle*, found his forever home.

Here is a Bio from his foster family……..

"Ross is a smart & sweet labradoodle! He definitely wants to make his owner happy by listening & watching what you are doing.  He is learning to potty train, we take him out often and he is starting to go to the door sometimes.  He is a cuddler, if you want a puppy to love on ~ he immediately calms down when you pick him up or lay next to him and rub his chest.  He is still in puppy mode & wants to chew, bite & jump, so you have to keep your eye on him ~ he likes to find items to steal or chew on.  When we catch him, we immediately swap what he is chewing and give him a chew bone which he loves!  If you have any other pets, he is definitely going to want to try and play with them.  He is with two other dogs right now and is starting to walk away when they growl and have had enough of him.  He definitely has Labrador & loves his food!  We are teaching him sit, down & no and he does respond to sit & no pretty good.  He loves our circle Costco dog bed for naps or the couch.  He has not been in the crate but once since nobody has left the house, so he will have to be trained to use that.  He has been sleeping in our bed at night & only seems to get up when he hears another pet or human getting up. We have been trying to walk him on a leash in the backyard, but he wants to play tug of war with the leash.  He has been in our home for just a couple days & we can see he is a smart boy and is lovable, but he is a puppy and needs patience."

Pending: Chandler, a 5 month old Male Yellow Labradoodle*, found his forever home.

Here is a Bio from his foster family……..

"Chandler is bright, quick to lear and in the first 24 hrs he has learnt to sit, master the stairs of the deck and interacts well with our dog. He is adventurous, loving, captivated by balls and playing with them . He is not intimidated so he needs consistent training cues. Will potty outside when taken frequently. He has had little potty training  so he needs someone who follows his cues . He cried last night in his crate for a while so he still needs to get used to that, but goes in willingly. He eats well and will make a great addition to any family willing to spend time with him. Families with small children should be prepared the Chandler is a puppy, mouth and jump, and needs time to mature. He is happy & his tail never stops wagging."

Adopted: Archie, a 6 month old Black Male Labrador, has found his forever home.

Here is a Bio from his foster family……..

"Archie is a very sweet and energetic boy. He loves to run and play with toys. He can also be very mellow when he is comfortable. A little timid at first, especially with kids, but quickly warms up to new people. He does very well with other dogs and is curious about other animals. He is learning to walk on leash and is progressing with his potty training with regularly scheduled trips outside. He is adapting well to sleeping through the night in a crate just a few days after being separated from his siblings. He has begun to learn some of his basic commands (“sit, stay, off, wait”). He is eager to please and wants to do the right thing. He very inquisitive about everything and likes be involved in whatever is happening. He has the makings of a really great dog with some patience and training. He would make an excellent addition to a family. "

"Honey is the sweetest girl who loves cuddles and treats. If she had it her way, she would be in your lap 24x7 loving on you. She gets along well with other dogs and loves to play with chew toys. She sleeps well in a crate. She is learning to potty train and walk on a leash. Pending: Dallas, a 6 month old Black Male Labrador, has found his forever home.

Here is a Bio from his foster family……..

"Dallas is a sweet, yet timid young pup. He's does great with other dogs, very energetic and playful, but takes longer to warm up to people and his surroundings. Dallas has done very well with potty training, reinforced by routinely taking him out, and is sleeping through the night. He's adjusting to being crated alone, as he spent most of his time with his siblings (Archie & Honey) before being on his own in our foster home. He is curious and inquisitive, but lacks training for most commands right now. We're working on building his confidence, leash walking and basic 'sit, off, etc' commands. Dallas is smart and starting to take direction, and he's also loving and cuddly once he feels comfortable. He is also still a puppy, mouthy & jumpy, and only has two modes, off or on. Dallas is also mischievous & sneaky, making a game of stealing items he shouldn't have (socks, shoes, blankets, pillows, cups, and more) and running. Dallas has excellent zoomie skills, and loves to play outside. He is listening to 'no' on occasion, and we have no doubt with time, patience and reinforcing postive behaviors, Dallas will make an amazing companion. As he is only 6 months old, Dallas will need a family committed to his training, reinforcing boundaries, and teaching him proper behaviors as he gets older. Families with small children should understand he's still mouthy and jumpy, and will take some time to mature."

Adopted: Grizz, a 5 year old Male Chocolate Labrador, has found his furever home.

"Grizz is an energetic, sweet boy. He loves going for runs, playing fetch and playing with his foster brothers and sister. He does get along good with other dogs after a slow introduction. We are working with Grizz on commands. He knows sit and shake so far. He loves going for walks, but he is learning to walk on a leash. He is house trained and he lets you know when he has to go out. He loves car rides. Grizz loves attention and loves when you get down in the floor and just play with him. Grizz will do best with a very active family and someone that will help him learn boundaries. "

Adopted: Charlotte, a 2.5 year old Female Yellow Labrador, has found her forever home.

"Charlotte is the sweetest girl who loves cuddles and treats. If she had it her way, she would be in your lap 24x7 loving on you. She gets along well with other dogs and loves to play fetch, tug of war, and with anything that squeaks. She does have lots of energy! She searches for her open crate when she is tired as that’s her security blanket, and sleeps through the night. She is potty trained and is learning to walk on a leash. She knows her command commands (sit, shake, down). She is a quick learn and wants to please. Charlotte will make a great companion for an active family committed to teaching to her boundaries, security and what's expected of her."

Adopted: Sadie, a 1.5 year old Black Female Labrador, has found her forever home.

Here is a Bio from her foster family……..

"While we haven't had Sadie long, one thing we know for sure is she is a wonderfully sweet dog. She's athletic, energetic, and loves people. Sadie rides OK in the car, exited at first, but does settle down. She sleeps through the night and is familiar with a crate (but would rather be out with people). Sadie is good around dogs with proper introductions, but isn't interested in playing with them. That may change with time as she warms up to her surroundings, but she may simply always prefer the company of humans. Sadie is still quite young, and will need a family willing to continue training her and teaching her what's expected of her. She knows a few commands, is very smart & quick to learn, but she needs work working on leash and not jumping up on people. As a typical Lab at this age, Sadie is mouthy, loves her toys and playing fetch. Families with small children should understand that in Sadie's exuberance, she can knock little ones over.

Sadie will make an amazing companion for a family committed to further her training, teaching her boundaries and expectations, and giving her the proper exercise and attention she thrives on."

Adopted: Blue, a 2 year old Male Silver Labrador, has found his furever home.

Here is a Bio from his foster family……..

"Blue is a sweet gentle giant. He is a little slow to warm up, but once he does, he is right by your side. He gets along well with his foster brothers and sister. He loves to play ball and loves playing outside. He is pretty easy on a leash and loves car rides. He is very mild mannered and what I like to call an old soul. We are working on him with getting in the kennel, but once he is in, he lays down and naps.  Blue loves to be loved and loves to please! He knows all commands we have tried with him so far. Blue would be a wonderful addition to any family! 

Blue is currently being treated for a severe ear infection, that may require a follow up visit with our vet to ensure he's fully healed."

Adopted: Scout, a 15 week old Female Black Labrador, has found her forever home.

"Scout is an adorable, yet high energy puppy that will need an active, committed family to call her own. As with most puppies her age, Scout is mischievous, mouthy and loves to play. She loves people and other animals, but needs guidance on how to play appropriately, as her energy can be overwhelming for older dogs. Scout knows a few commands already, is is doing well with both crate & potty training. Scout is very smart, eager to learn, and will need continued structure to ensure she grows into a well adjusted Lab.

Scout will also needs a final round of booster shots to be scheduled with our Vet. She also has a recessed vulva, which will delay her spay. Any prospective adopter will be required to complete both her vaccinations and her spay by specific dates, with our Veterinarian."

"Luna is a tiny bundle of energy! She loves going on walks and is pretty good on a leash. She also loves playing with her foster brothers and sister. We are working on simple commands and she is learning very fast. She is getting better at being in the kennel and does pretty well through the night. She has not had any accidents while she has been with us. To be on the smaller side she can jump pretty high and loves her people. She always has a smile on her face and just an all around happy pup! Luna will do best with a very active family.”

"Jake is a little love bug. He is extremely affectionate, lovable and loyal. He is easily motivated and loves a tennis ball. He is housebroken and crate trained at night. He walks well on a leash and does well in a car. He is timid and vocal when meeting new people but he is working on it. Jake does well with other dogs, but is not good with cats. We have been informed that he can be an escape artist without supervision, but we haven't experienced that ourselves. Jake is active, energetic, eager to please and very smart. He will be an amazing companion to an active family. "

Adopted: Delilah, a Female Yellow Labrador, has found her forever home.

"Delilah is a very sweet puppy. She loves cuddle time and lots of loves. She loves car rides and playing with her foster brothers and sister. She gets along with other dogs with proper, slow introductions. She would be best with a family with older kids, as she likes to jump up on you. Delilah loves to please and loves hearing she is a good girl. She even gives smiles. She loves being with her humans wherever they may go. We are working on house training, walking on a leash and kennel training, and she's getting better every day. Delilah is a very smart girl who is picking up on simple commands very quick. Delilah will need a home committed to positive reinforcement training, as she loves to please the humans. She will be an amazing addition to any family."

Adopted: Buttercup, a 6 year old Female Yellow Labrador, has found her forever home.

Here is a Bio from her foster family……..

"Buttercup is a beautiful Lab with a heart of gold. She is so sweet, friendly and well-behaved that you think she's like a perfectly behaved little girl. But the great thing about Buttercup is that as sweet as she is - she's also ALL Lab in her personality.
She is just as happy to run around the back yard kicking up dirt to cover her tracks, or follow me throughout the house, or fling herself down at my feet looking for belly rubs when I am working at my desk.  She eats her meals daintily and is gentle when taking a treat. But she gets just as excited as my 'foodie' Lab who would knock over a tank to get to his food, whenever their meals are being served.
Buttercup is very affectionate, but independent enough to go walk-about in my back yard on her own and have a stretch and a sniff of fresh air. She's smart and quickly assessed the dynamics of our pack, found her place in it, and even knew when the moment was right to attempt getting up on the foot of the bed where my two Labs hang out.  And she was right - they let her stay!
She does not chew on shoes or anything else, and doesn't seem very interested in toys - dont think she might have had many in her life.  She learned to use the doggie door very quickly and knows commands such as come, sit and no. She pulls a bit on the leash, and while it's been too hot to take her outside and work on walking properly, she's willing to learn and is eager to please. She is a little bit of a counter-surfer and tried to get something off my kitchen counter twice. But she knew immediately when I said no, and she showed she was sorry (probably for being caught, though). And after being called on it twice, she has not gone near the counters since.

Buttercup is the whole package - a sweet little girl with a great Labrador personality. She will make a wonderful addition to any happy family."

Adopted: Wesley, a 3 year old Male Yellow Labrador, has found his forever home.

Here is a Bio from his foster family……..

"Wesley is a handsome and curious big happy lab. He has already shown what a great addition he will make to a household. He does great with large and small dogs and shows no aggression towards the cats in his current foster home. He’s had no accidents in his kennel or inside the house and goes to the door to ask to go outside which leads us to believe he is house trained. We have a dog door and he has shown a little interest in that and we think he’d do well if you plan to have one in your home. He has been kenneled at night and while we are out of the house and while he barks for a bit at first, he settles down and doesn’t seem to mind it after a few minutes. He is quick to bond and eager to please while staying close by his family members throughout the day. Wesley is perfectly happy to lay down and watch tv while asking for belly rubs but gets great pleasure from going on walks or playing in the yard. A true retriever, he is delighted to chase a ball or toy around in the yard and will bring it back to you as thrown.
He is a little clumsy on the leash and will need some training in that area and he does great in the car. Whether you’re looking for a hiking buddy or a companion to have around the house, Wesley is your guy!"

Adopted: Athena, a 3.5 year old Female Silver Labrador, has found her forever home.

"Athena is a gentle soul. She has a calm demeanor & loves to be near you. She will give you a gentle nudge & put her head on your lap when she wants attention. She loves to walk around the house & yard with her toys in her mouth.  She knows basic commands (sit & down), is house trained & easily mastered the doggie door.  Initially she was a bit over eager when taking treats, but has made progress using the "gentle" command. Athena tends to pull on walks, so she will need leash training. She doesn't like being confined in the crate, but she will go in & sleep as long as the door is open and you are close by. She sleeps through the night & likes to be close to her human.  We have noticed some separation anxiety, she doesn't like to be left alone.  She needs some more time and experience to build up her confidence, we have been working on this issue & have made some progress. Athena is very sweet. She is a laid back, affectionate lovebug.  She will need some training & patience in some areas, but will be a lovable, loyal companion."

Adopted: Kai, a 4.5 year old Male Chocolate Labrador, has found his forever home.

Here is a Bio from his foster family……..

"The first thing you need to know about Kai, he LOVES tennis balls. Yes, a basketball or soccer ball may do in a pinch, but this boys LOVES him some tennis balls. Kai would probably chase a ball for hours straight if he was allowed, but he's still recovering from his neuter, so he has limited exercise time.

Kai is sweet, loving and a perfect buddy dog. If he's not chasing a ball, he's happy to follow you around (with a ball in his mouth of course) and hang out. He is a typical mouthy Lab, and will woof at you to play with him. His wiggle-butt game is strong, and has such a good personality, it's hard to resist that face.

Kai rides well in a car, sleeps through the night, is house-trained and gets along with our dogs. Where Kai needs work is leash walking, as he's a big boy and pulls. He does not like the crate, and can be vocal, but we're working on making it a safe, comfortable experience for him. Kai will make an amazing companion for an active family committed to working on his training a bit more. He's super smart, energetic, and overall a lovely dog."

Adopted: Bandit, a 4 year old Black Male Labrador, found his forever home.

Here is a Bio from his foster family……..

"Bandit is a handsome Lab with a little bit of hound mixed in for good measure!  He is very well-mannered, knows all his commands and is happy to comply. He eats without haste and is very gentle when taking a treat. He gets along great with my other two Labs, and fell right in with the pack and the pace of our home. He was happy and friendly meeting my family. 
Not a barker, but he's very alert. He is happy to wander off to the back yard on his own and hang out there, but even happier to be with the rest of the pack wherever we are. He likes his doggie beds, and will get up on the sofa or bed - if he can get away with it, only when he wants to cuddle with the people who are already there. He learned how to use the doggie door in about 5 minutes, and was great in my car.
Right now, Bandit's a bit overweight, and hopes his new family will help him with his diet and be sure he gets plenty of exercise every day.  Bandit's a loving, wonderful dog and will be a great addition to any home."

Adopted: Clyde, a 6 year old Male Chocolate Labrador, has found his forever home.

"Clyde is a very sweet boy. He is a bit timid but responds when called. He’s potty trained but does not know basic commands such as sit. I have a pup who uses a doggie door and Clyde has learned how to us it as well. I dont think it would take long to teach him basic commands. All he needs is a bit of patience and lots of love."
